Who we are

Situated in the heart of Malahide village, we are a group of experienced dynamic GP’s lead by 3 GP partners Dr. Gavin Treanor, Dr. Sam Burrows and Dr. Roisin O’Loughlin.

Working with them is their invaluable practice team:

Dr. Deirdre Nevin - GP
Aisling Clinch Long - Practice Manager
Nurse Tara Frayne, Nurse Lyndsey Singleton, Phlebotomist Grace Campion
Maree Moran, Caroline Halpin, Orla French, Kelly Reid, and Kate Adrien - Reception staff

Our premises is a purpose-built doctors surgery with ground floor access and wheelchair access.

We endeavour to provide excellent healthcare to people in our community through a collaborative approach, with links to our hospital colleagues, our public health nurses and our local healthcare providers.

We welcome all new patients to our practice, both private patients and medical card holders.

Where our story began

Temenos Medical Centre was established by Dr. John Veale and his wife Dr. Jacqueline Veale in 1996. The clinic team has gradually expanded over the years and is now a group practice of 4 GP’s, 2 practice nurses, a practice manager a phlebotomist, and 5 administrators.

The word ‘Temenos’ means a safe space, and was chosen by Drs. Veale to create a place where people feel safe and cared for. The ethos of Temenos is important to the whole team who strive to provide a caring service in a friendly, approachable and professional manner.
