Prescriptions
Please request your repeat prescription by filling in our online form - just click the button below:
Alternatively you can fill in the form and email it to us on info@temenosmedicalcentre.ie or post it into our prescription drop box at the door.
All prescriptions will be emailed to your nominated pharmacy, please allow 48 hours from the time of your request.
We endeavour to give priority to prescription requests for urgent antibiotics or hospital prescribed medications.
Where necessary patients may be requested to attend their GP when medication or a condition needs to be reviewed. In such instances the prescription will be deferred until this consultation has taken place.
