Nurse Services
We have 2 very experienced nurses at Temenos who offer a wide range of services including:
Blood Tests: We offer appointments for blood tests on Monday to Thursday morning between 9-11.30.
Childhood immunisations: We offer the full childhood immunisation programme, 2 month, 4 month, 6 month, 1 year and 13 months.
Smear Tests: Cervical smears are FREE between the ages of 25-60. Please register at www.cervicalcheck.ie to obtain your ID number.All of our medical team are fully registered with Cervical Check the National Screening organisation.A smear test (sometimes called a pap test) is a simple procedure where a doctor or nurse (smear taker) takes sample cells from the cervix (neck of the womb) to look for early changes. A smear test can identify cell changes BEFORE they become cancer cells. Early detection means early intervention and therefore means the best possible outcome.

Cardiac Monitoring: We offer 24 hour Blood pressure monitoring and ECG recordings in the practice. These are generally at the request of the GP and will require a GP consultation before an appointment is made.
